The Pool People is continuously striving to provide our customers with timely professional services. To help us become better organized and meet our customers needed, we will complete the Closing List beginning mid- September. We ask that you call the office to schedule your closing by then.

Occasionally, our customers have inquired what warranty is provided when we winterize in-ground pools. Herein is a clarification of our position. s professional pool service technicians, The Pool People employee are trained to to winterize swimming pools in accordance with accepted and widely practiced techniques.

Freeze damage on a pool that has been professionally winterized is usually the result of factors that are beyond our control.

We are happy to provide this service to our customers; however with this service does not come as warranty. Winter freeze damager is usually covered by most homeowners insurance policies.

As a reminder to all customers who have the winter covers requiring brass anchors, yearly it is necessary to completely recover each anchor, thoroughly clean and lubricate.
